Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chess Trainer to teach children the fundamentals and advanced strategies of chess. The ideal candidate will have a strong chess background, teaching experience, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach chess strategies, tactics, and game rules to children.

Conduct online chess lessons in an interactive and engaging manner.

Tailor lessons to suit different skill levels and learning styles.

Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage improvement.

Create a positive, motivating online environment for learning.

Collaborate with the course development team to enhance lesson content.


Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in chess and a good understanding of game strategies.

Prior experience in teaching chess, especially to children.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex strategies.

Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus.

Patience and the ability to engage young learners effectively.
